Chair's Message

Welcome to the Department of Industrial Technology at California State University, Fresno. Our goal is to serve students who are interested in innovative technologies, hands-on learning experiences and developing skills for future careers.

The Department offers courses, labs and real-world experiences specific to careers in product development, manufacturing production, quality control, process automation, agriculture information technology, network management, database applications, web technology and more.

Our faculties are internationally recognized authors and scholars with keen interest in teaching and applied research. We have a diverse student body with students from many different countries, such as: India, Mexico, China, Japan, Peru, and many others. Domestic students from California and other states are also enjoying the nice combination of quality education program and geographical attractions.

We have a strong alumni presence up and down the State of California. We can not graduate students fast enough to keep up with the high demand for our student. We are taking a Kaizen approach to update our lab facilities.

We encourage students in many extra-curriculum activities and professional societies. It is my personal interest to help you to be successful in your future lives and your careers. If you have questions or special needs, please feel free to contact me or any of our faculty.
